About us
eFlexes is a wholly owned Irish company founded in December 2002 and since then
has established offices in Cork, Galway and Limerick where we serve the needs
of clients by offering them a professional, personal, affordable service.
We are not typical recruiters! Our background is firmly in industry having
worked for a number of multinationals over the years. We found, when we were
hiring, that many agencies didn’t have the business and technical background to
short list quality candidates for us hence eFlexes was born.
We spend the majority of our time talking … talking to clients to see what
they need and what type of employee would fit in with their company and
existing team; and talking to candidates to see what they are looking for and
more importantly what they can offer our clients that is unique and sets them
apart from everyone else.
It sounds simple but in reality it means that the upfront work we do reduces
the workload of our clients significantly and we pride ourselves on finding the
right person always!
