Pat Shanahan - Chairman, has worked for over thirty years in Irish industry and has set up and led a number of Irish and Corporate companies. Pat additionally holds the post of Chairman of the New Airport Authority in Shannon, Ireland.

Mairead McKenna - Managing Director, has held a number of Senior Operations roles, having worked with IBM, Fujitsu, Bio Medical Research, Delta Communications and Tellabs prior to setting up eFlexes. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University of Limerick.

John Lonergan - Senior Operations Manager Contract, has extensive knowledge of the Irish Manufacturing and Operations systems. John worked as Production Manager with Tellabs in Shannon for 7 years , having responsibility for over 200 staff.Prior to that he worked in a management role with Rosemount and as a result has an excellent understanding of manufacturing methods from an supply chain,planning, purchasing and customer focus point of view.

Nuala McMahon - Recruitment Operations Manager, has significant knowledge of Production, Quality & Engineering having worked for Tellabs, GE Sensing, Veritas and AEG. Her excellent operational experience is grounded with training as a Lead Auditor and she is very familiar with Quality standards and has project managed the implementation of the Environmental Standard ISO14001. Nuala has extensive project management and team leading experience in the implementation of numerous cost saving and process improvement projects.
