Mairead McKenna - Managing Director, has held a number of Senior Operations roles, having worked with IBM, Fujitsu, Bio Medical Research, Delta Communications and Tellabs prior to setting up eFlexes. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree ( Electronics and Telecommunications ) from University of Limerick, has a Diploma in Quality Management from University of Limerick and is a fully certified ISO9001 Lead Auditor. She held the role of Production Manager for Tellabs and in 1999 became Plant Director. Maireads experience also includes leading the global CapEx team who made all capital and capacity decisions for Tellabs worldwide. In 2000, Mairead developed the Supply Chain model for Tellabs which included the Order fulfillment model still used by Tellabs today. Mairead went on to establish eFlexes at the end of 2002 where she has the opportunity to use the skills and experience gained in the multinationals she has worked with.

John Lonergan - Senior Operations Manager Contract, has extensive knowledge of the Irish Manufacturing and Operations systems. John worked as Production Manager with Tellabs in Shannon for 7 years , having responsibility for over 200 staff.Prior to that he worked in a management role with Rosemount and as a result has an excellent understanding of manufacturing methods from an supply chain,planning, purchasing and customer focus point of view.

Nuala McMahon - Recruitment Operations Manager, has significant knowledge of Production, Quality & Engineering having worked for Tellabs, GE Sensing, Veritas and AEG. Her excellent operational experience is grounded with training as a Lead Auditor and she is very familiar with Quality standards and has project managed the implementation of the Environmental Standard ISO14001. Nuala has extensive project management and team leading experience in the implementation of numerous cost saving and process improvement projects.
