Management Team

Pat Shanahan has worked for over thirty years in the electronics industry and held the post of Managing Director at Tellabs for 14 years. He led the management buyout of Mitel's subsidiary in Ireland, forming Delta Communications. Delta Communication was transformed under his leadership from a manufacturing only facility into a fully integrated business, gaining a reputation for specialised telecommunications signaling conversion products worldwide. Pat has a Bachelor of Engineering degree from University College Cork and is a regular member of various Boards and committees which address business and community interests in Ireland. Pat has recently been appointed as Chairman of the New Airport Authority in Shannon, Ireland.

We provide software solutions at a reasonable cost Mairead McKenna has worked in the electronics industry for over eighteen years and has experience in the service; new product introduction and operations sectors. Her background supports the areas of Business Planning for future growth; Process design and development for existing and new products; quality systems and Customer Management. Mairead held the role of Director of Operations for EMEA at Tellabs and significantly improved productivity; yields and on-time delivery during her tenure there - the cornerstones to success were technical excellence; product quality and; people and cost management . She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree ( Electronics ) from University of Limerick.
