Meet Aoife – HR Co- Ordinator at eFlexes
We’re delighted to welcome Aoife to the eFlexes team, joining us in May 2025. Aoife brings with her over 11 years of experience in production, having worked across multiple departments in Supervisory and latterly in the role of Senior Team Leader, where she was responsible for the daily operations of a busy production area.
Aoife is passionate about continuous growth in her career and approaches her work with dedication and drive. Known for her empathetic nature and strong communication skills, she is approachable, supportive, and always ready to take on new challenges head-on.
Outside of work, Aoife enjoys spending quality time with family and friends, especially in her mother’s native Kerry. A favourite pastime is walking the beaches of Ballybunion to relax and recharge. She’s also an avid reader, a fan of country music, and loves to travel whenever the opportunity arises.
Aoife believes that open communication is key to the success of any team and is excited to bring her strong work ethic and positive energy to eFlexes.
