Our client, an Irish pharmacy chain, are seeking an Accounts Payable Administrator to join their team based in Dublin on a 12 month contract basis.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Compliance with company policy and procedures
  • Developing strong cross-functional relationships
  • Participation in training programmes
  • Processing credit notes and account reconciliations in a timely manner
  • Resolving account queries
  • Following up with suppliers on invoices and statements
  • Assisting with month-end activities
  • Other ad-hoc finance related tasks as required



  • Previous Accounts experience mandatory                                                                                  
  • Proven attention to detail and time management skills
  • Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
  • Experience with Navision 2018, SAP, Oracle or similar accounting software 
  • Experienced with Excel, Word and Outlook 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines
