Responsibilities:

  • Assisting customers via phone, email and live chat.
  • Supporting the sales and billing departments with issues that may arise
  • Demonstrating strong communication and active listening skills to resolve customer queries
  • Working as part of a team to achieve targets and managing contact volumes

Experience Required:

  • Excellent English - verbal and written
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous customer facing or administrative experience
  • Strong computer skills 
  • Demonstrated teamwork and problem-solving skills
