Site Services Representative

 

Our Client, a wholly owned Irish company based in Shannon has an exciting new opportunity for a Site Services Representative to join their team.

The Site Services Representative is responsible for the routine collection and controlled transport of   samples from various sites around Ireland back to the base in Shannon.    The position also incorporates the regular assessment and digital recording of Pre-Delivery Inspection reports (PDI’s) and compilation of other digital site records.  This role covers the geographic area of the Island of Ireland, and candidates must hold a full, valid driver’s licence.

 

Responsibilities include:
 

  • Collect and transport water samples as requested from various sites in Ireland and return to Shannon.
  • Complete regular site based PDI assessments and record on a digital platform for Company use in operational and transportation processes.
  • Assess and record other archived records and update to digital platform.
  • Coordinate and build relationships with site representatives and operators and relay any business opportunities to the technical services team for further assessment.

 

The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Full clean driving licence, essential.
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic with ambition to grow and develop within the company.
  • Previous experience in a customer facing or technical service role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet multiple deadlines.
  • IT skills, data entry, report writing.
  • Flexibility and ability to plan routine visits in advance.
  • Diligent, with a high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fluent business English, both written and verbal.
