We have immediate opportunity for Warehouse Operators (1 x day, 1 evening shift) with long established Shannon based medical client. Positions will be offered on initial 6 month contract with significant opportunity for long term.
Job Duties:
• Processing requests and supply orders, Receiving and shipping of product, pulling materials, packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area of the Warehouse.
• Maintains inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests in the stores department.
• Maintains quality service as per organisation quality standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
• Previous experience working in a similar role in a busy regulated (Medical) manufacturing environment.
• Forklift licence desirable.
• Experience working with IT Systems, Oracle, SAP etc desirable
• Ability to work effectively as part of team
• Self motivated with strong work ethic and ability to work with minimum direction
• Good numerical skills and strong attention to detail
• Good interpersonal skills
Hourly rate €11.50
