PROJECT MANAGER
eFlexes have an exciting new opportunity for a Project Manager with a multinational Client based in Co. Clare. A renowned name within the Oil & Gas Industry, this is the perfect role to apply your expertise and gain further invaluable experience with a globally recognised employer.
As Project Manager, you will be responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project related activities and resources.
This will include:
- Acting as primary customer contact for the duration of each project from Award to Delivery
- Resolving specification issues; handling correspondence; providing periodic updates ensure customer satisfaction
- Liaise with Sales; Engineering; Procurement; Production & other internal and external stakeholders both nationally and globally
- Managing and reporting though SAP all financial aspects of the project including budget, costs, margin, invoicing, and receivable collection
- Directing and administering project-related activities to ensure that projects are completed on-time, within budget and to internal/ external quality/specification requirements on the basis of predefined contracts and frameworks
- Provide weekly and monthly progress reports and analysis
- Facilitating project closeout reporting and meetings
- Ability to manage multiple projects
The successful candidate will have
- A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Discipline
- Or substantial proven experience in Project Management
- Experience in Project Management / Project Leadership
- Excellent Communication and influencing skills
- Experience working in a target driven environment
- Relationship management and customer facing experience
- Excellent Time Management and Organisational Skills
- Self-motivated with excellent multi-tasking ability
- Working knowledge of SAP/MS Project/Excel
