We are currently recruiting for an experienced Senior CNC Lathe Programmer and experienced CNC Milling Programmer with our client based in Shannon Co. Clare. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing a wide variety of fabricated parts. This role will be offered on a fulltime permanent contract. Pension options in place
Shift: 8am until 4.30pm Monday to Thu and 8am until 3.30 on Friday
Responsibilities
- Ability to navigate and select saved product drawings.
- Experience in programme writing on both PC and Machine to produce customer product.
- Verify the correct programme to produce assigned product.
- Set up the tools on the Machine.
- Set the Workpiece Datum on machine.
- Experience on programming and machining on C Axis and Y Axis essential.
- Ability to make in process adjustments to insure the highest standard of the product build.
- Complete production run within the required timelines.
- Check the quality and dimensional accuracy.
- Complete final inspection on product.
- Adherence to 7S
Requirements:
- Similar experience essential in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
- Ensure adherence to ISO factory production control system
