Due to continued growth, our Shannon based client, a leader in the Aviation Leasing sector, has a new requirement for an IT Business Analyst to join their team.
Reporting to the IT Business Systems Manager, the new IT Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting all IT related systems, projects and initiatives, liaising with the IT Support Team, and providing support to the IT Business Systems Manager.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide support to the IT Business Systems Manager in the governance of existing systems and processes.

Ensuring compliance with existing IT policies through regular reviews and IT controls testing.

Liaising with group companies and subsidiaries to document, report, and enhance IT governance and standards.

Supporting all departments in the delivering and implementation of IT projects and changes.

Analysing existing business processes with an objective to recommend and implement efficiencies.

Working closely with the local support team and external contractors to ensure IT Services and Projects are delivered as per SLAs.
Skills and Experience:

3rd Level IT / Business Degree, essential.

Minimum of 2-3 years IT analysis experience, essential.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Project and Change Management Experience, essential.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, essential.

Aviation Leasing or Financial Services experience, desirable.

Experience of Dynamics 365, Power BI and other business systems, desirable.

High level of accuracy and attention to detail in a deadline driven environment.

Excellent understanding of IT concepts, terminology and solutions.

Fluent English, both written and verbal.

Candidates must be resident, and legally eligible to work, in Ireland.
