We have an opportunity with a long established Shannon based multinational for a Machine Operator to join their weekend shift team. Ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, previous machine operator experience, be highly motivated, eager learner, flexible and capable of multitasking, with strong interpersonal skills and drive for continuous improvement. In addition to Machine Operator duties, the operator is also responsible for Minor Process Monitor Alarms and operating within set quality standards.
Primary Tasks:
Quality
Complete Inspection duties as per agreed process.
Update of process documentation, including accurate logging of quantity produced.
Carry out a Full Shot and Lot Visual after every machine start up.
Move parts produced to correct location.
Hand Over:
Ensure the Data entered into the Hand Over sheet is complete and accurate.
Housekeeping:
-Ensure proper housekeeping standards and ensure safe working environment.
Measurement Aids Used include:
Smartscope, Digital Callipers.
Key Performance Indicators
Meet set production targets.

Tidy and safe work environment.
Keeping a tidy and adequate log book.
