eFlexes is currently recruiting for Machine Operators, Process Operators, and Quality Control Operators to join our client's world-class manufacturing facility in Shannon, Co. Clare.
This initial 12-month contract offers a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading company, with the potential for a permanent position based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Set up and operate machinery according to production requirements.
• Monitor machine performance, make necessary adjustments, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
• Conduct quality control checks and adhere to reporting procedures.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area.
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Understanding of production and processes.
• Good numerical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Willingness to work on a rotating 4-on, 4-off shift schedule (days & nights).
