CNC Machine Operator opportunities Shannon – Contract opportunities
Day shift- Monday to Friday

Essential Responsibilities :

 
General Machinist duties will include but are not limited to operating machinery, modifying and correcting product, ensuring quality product.
Essential Functions (responsibilities)
Experience in both CNC and Manual machinary.
Experience working with ceramic or wafer dicing.
Ability to work with delicate material and precision equipment.
Machine and finish a multitude of items from drawings.
Modify or correct items from production and/or inventory.
Set-up machines and tooling.
Follow all safety rules and/or regulations.
Support programs such as set-up reductions and statistical process control.
Support production requirements.
Assist Engineers & Applications Specialists in developing machining drawings for newly released or modified parts.
Responsible for total part quality.
Machine complex manual products.
Set-up, operate and program CNC equipment.

 

Qualifications/Requirements :
 
Educated to Third Level Engineering Qualification or equivalent knowledge and experience
Proven experience in manufacturing environment
Must be very detail oriented with an emphasis on accuracy
Experience with reading prints, setting-up, and completing procedure sheets
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task, strong team player
Excellent PC Skills including MS Word and Excel
