CNC Machine Operator

Our Limerick based client is looking for a CNC machine Operator to work on their new CNC Saw and Intermac Machines.

Responsibilities

• Ability to navigate and select saved product drawings.
• Experience in programme writing on both PC and Machine to produce customer product.
• Verify the correct programme to produce assigned product.
• Set up the tools on the Machine.
• Set the Workpiece on machine.
• Ability to make in process adjustments to insure the highest standard of the product build.
• Complete production run within the required timelines.
• Check the quality and dimensional accuracy.
• Complete final inspection on product.
• Adherence to 7S

Requirements:

• Similar experience essential in a fast-paced environment.  
• Experience of reading and interpreting engineering drawings
• Ensure adherence to ISO factory production control system
• CAD knowledge
• English speaking
