We have an immediate opportunity for Order to Shipping Administrator to join our multinational Shannon based client.   Position will be offered as permanent full time position and will report to Team Leader.

Job purpose:
Working closely and with direction from the Team leader to meet on time delivery and order to shipment turnaround times. This involves order entry trial kitting, work order issue sheets, processing deliveries and freight bookings.
Working closely and with direction from Team leader when providing feedback to customers on availability queries (done by querying the ERP system, looking for updates from production, or updates on deliveries of components)

Key responsibilities:
1. Monitor the sales mailbox or other communication from customers and deal with orders, queries and or status updates as required by the team lead.
2. Order entry and invoice generation in the ERP system, taking particular care regarding pricing discrepancies
3. Liaise with production to advise availability reporting to the customer
4. Generation of Invoice and shipping documents to accompany outgoing shipments
5. Working with the team lead to ensure a measured and timely response to any customer complaints
6. Raising of picklists and Work order issues sheets as required for current and past due orders.
7. Raising RMA’s and credit notes as directed by the team lead.
8. Part-take in all training deemed necessary and train team members as required.
9. Generation of reports required to meet or assist in the on-time delivery performance of the team.

Skills/Experience:

2/3 years experience working in similar role.
Strong IT Skills, including Microsoft products.
Ability to prioritise workload to achieve business and customer targets.
Good interpersonal skills
Fluent English both oral and written.
