We currently have an excellent new opportunity for Quality Officer with Shannon based Aviation client. Position will report to Head of Quality and be offered as full time permanent role with very attractive package for the right candidate.
Overall Responsibility:
- Ensuring our Repair technical documentation is current and available to relevant parties
- Co Ordination of Quality Processes & relevant communication to customers
- Vendor surveillance
- Ensuring approvals are current on our databases and issued to relevant parties
- Oversight/Control of Scrap and MRB Stores
- Assist on Quality Related requirements
Key Tasks:
- Ensuring our Repair technical documentation is current and available to relevant parties
- Co Ordination & maintenance of Quality Processes & relevant communication to customers
- Vendor surveillance
- Ensuring approvals are current on our database
- Oversight/Control of Scrap and MRB Stores
- Assist on Quality Related requirements
- Support- Perform Quality Audit requirements
Other: Person will get exposure and trained on other Quality related functions/requirements.
Person Specification:
- Must be self motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Practical work experience that directly relates to Quality approved systems or equivalent.
- Be familiar with technical content & requirements
- Must have strong working knowledge of word processing/excel packages
- Accuracy of work and attention to detail is a must
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and flexible approach to work.
- Ability to communicate effectively to all levels in the organisation.
Desirable Qualifications:
- Technical Qualification – Business or Quality systems
- Diploma in Business Administration
- European Computer Driving Licence -ECDL
- Experience in working in a Regulated Industry
