We have an exciting opportunity with Global Supply Chain/Logistics Provider for a Supply Chain Architect who will project manage and work closely with our customers to effectively deliver supply chain transformation programs/solutions. 

 The Role

You’ll be engaging with customer stakeholders, strategic partners and in-house teams to ensure supply chain solutions are appropriately designed, developed and optimised across their life cycle for maximum business impact. You will engage with customers to ensure continuous improvement of their supply chains by employing latest industry best practice and cutting edge technology.

Responsibilities

  • Single point of reference for Customer Supply Chain transformation programs.
  • Plan and align Business, Supply Chain, and Technology to achieve targeted objectives in terms of Cost, Service, and Quality performance.
  • Take the lead in customer Supply Chain projects with overall responsibility for the solution design.
  • Inspire customers on how to get value from Supply Chain Transformation including Design, Optimisation, and Execution.
  • Manage different customer projects spanning various verticals.
  • Interact with external partners on development activities and related governance to ensure quality in the execution and delivery of Customer Supply Chain Programs.  

Qualifications

  • 3+ years experience in similar role. We will consider other experience which demonstrates knowledge of Project Management, Customer Engagement, Inventory Management and similar disciplines.
  • Degree or higher academic qualification advantageous.
  • Extensive experience with bridge-building between theory and capturing of value.
  • Experience driving and facilitating workshops e.g. with customer management to create future plans, or facilitating workshops in a multicultural environment to drive requirement elicitation and process alignment.
