eFlexes are seeking a Supervising Pharmacist for a busy Pharmacy based in Gort, Co. Galway.  The Supervising Pharmacist will provide leadership and support to a professional and supportive team, while enjoying an excellent work/life balance.

Responsibilities will include:

• Working in partnership with the team using your own intuition, expertise and experience to deliver an outstanding service for our customers and patients

• Provide expert advice and care to customers and patients

• Actively support the development, education & training of the team

• Conducting regular reviews, audits and risk assessments to protect patient and public safety

• Work to deliver a world class professional service – personally and through the pharmacy team

The successful candidate will:

• Be registered with the Pharmaceutical Society of Ireland

• Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise and leadership qualities

• Have excellent knowledge of pharmacy operations and provisions of national and local services

• Be commercially astute, help to promote the commercial aspect of the Pharmacy

• Excellent communication skills and outstanding attention to detail

• Thrive in a collaborative environment

• Complete all Pharmacist mandatory and directed training

• Strong IT skills would be an advantage
