eFlexes Recruitment are delighted to announce the position of a Quality Technician with our client in an internationally recognised Manufacturing company based in Shannon, Co. Clare.
This role would ideally suit a Quality Technician looking to develop their career within an innovative company.
This role is a technical role requiring creative problem solving and risk management approaches backed by solid scientific methods.

Duties and Responsibilities:

•  
  Act as the first point of quality within the department.
• Ensure quality issues are managed and resolved within production and appropriate escalations are progressed.
• Maximise inspection and measurement capability from system design, evaluation, MSA through to SPC implementation.
• Respond to quality problems including supplier, yield and customer issues.
• Audit suppliers and production as required and develop reports of findings of same.

Key Requirements:

• Ideally qualified or in the process of qualification to NFQ Level 6 or higher.
• Experience in Quality processes, systems & tools.
• IT Literacy including word & excel. 
• Excellent communication, people and team working skills.
• Can do, pro-active attitude and a passion for improvement.
• Flexibility to working shifts.
