Are you an experienced Quality professional looking for a new and exciting opportunity with a leading multinational? eFlexes are recruiting a Quality Leader for our Clare based Multinational Client.

As Quality Leader, your role will be one of the most dynamic roles within the business, sitting as part of the Management Team, you will take ownership of quality requirements at every stage of the project life-cycle.  Working with teams and customers globally, you will ensure that products are designed, developed and delivered with Quality at the core. This position will primarily support manufacturing at the Clare based site. 

Responsibilities include:

• Understanding of product development lifecycles, design change, document change control, and manufacturing/production control methodologies
• Leading and implementing change with exceptional analytical and problem-solving capability
• Leading Quality Management Systems operations
• Managing site certifications and working with registrar and customer auditors
• Managing and working with Root Cause Analysis (RCA)
• Working with quality tools and continuous improvement methods, including but not limited to RCA, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, A3 Thinking

Prospective Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Science from an accredited University or College
• Significant experience in Quality or related discipline, i.e.: Engineering / Supply Chain
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 quality management, operations, lean manufacturing
• Hands on experience in Root Cause Analysis, and strong problem-solving skills
• Auditing and Supplier quality experience
• Team Leadership, and Change Management experience are essential
• Excellent communication and influencing skills
