This role is a Permanent Opportunity and we are looking for a hard-working individual to join this accounts team.
Main Duties of the Role:
• Maintenance of Group aged debt through cash collection and query resolution
• Accurate forecasting of cash receipts on a daily basis
• Customer liaison
• Processing new account applications
• Maintaining existing relationships with customers and assisting in promoting new relationships
• Assisting Credit Manager where necessary to achieve departmental targets
• Issuing invoices/credit notes as required
• Ad-hoc Duties
Essential Skills/Experience:
• 2 years+ prior work experience in an Accounts Receivable role
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office suite
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to work under pressure within a team environment
• Ability to work on own initiative.
• Good Communication, Interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Good problem solving skills
• High attention to detail and thorough execution
