Due to continued growth our Clare based client has a new opportunity for an Accounts Assistant to join their growing team.

Responsibilities will include:
 
  • Managing the Creditors Ledger
  • Posting Invoices
  • Reconciling Invoices
  • Ensuring all Payments are completed
  • Handling all relevant enquires
  • Credit Control
  • Other duties pertaining to Accounts as required
 
Skills & Experience required:
 
  • Must be familiar with all aspects in relation to Creditor Ledgers, Sales Ledgers and Cash Books
  • Have a high level of Computer literacy in MS Excel; Word
  • Experience in Sage Accounting would be an advantage
  • A confident and assured telephone manner
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent organisational and multi-tasking skills
  • This is an Office Based, full time position.
