We are currently recruiting an experience Accounts Assistant with long established Shannon based multinational client. Position will be offered on contract – 8 months approx..
> Generating and printing sales invoices from daily shipment reports
> Liaising with Customer Services in relation to customer quotations to ensure accuracy of sales invoices
> Credit Control
> Preparation of month end sales reports and credit control reports.
> Bank Reconciliations
3 years + experience in a similar position preferably in a manufacturing environment would be an advantage
> Previous experience of using an ERP system is essential
> Must have very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
> Highly Motivated and capable of working on own initiative
