eFlexes Recruitment and Staffing Solutions have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Part Time Payroll Administrator with our long-established client based in Limerick City. The Payroll Administrator will process Weekly, Monthly and Fortnightly payrolls as required by our busy and expanding client base. Position will be offered on 3 month contract, with potential to extend.
Key requirements of the role are:
1. IPASS qualification essential
2. 2 years + experience doing payrolls for up to 50 employees.
3. Competency and knowledge of processing pensions, medical insurance and BIK
4. Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
5. Ability to work to payroll deadlines as required.
6. Strong IT Skills, including payroll packages, Microsoft Excel etc.
We envisage this role to be for 15-20 hrs per week.
