Accounts Receivable Administrator

eFlexes are delighted to be assisting in the recruitment of an Accounts Receivable Administrator for a Client based in Ennis, Co. Clare.

This is a permanent position with a very competitive salary and benefits package, free and easily accessible parking. 

Reporting directly to the Operations Manager and working within a relatively small and friendly team, the Accounts Receivable Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Checking, processing and balancing daily payments from companies and individuals
  • Reconciling payments from companies and individuals
  • Generating invoices and account statements
  • Maintaining account receivable files and records
  • Investigate and resolve any enquiries or irregularities
  • Process credit and debit card payments
  • Answering incoming telephone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Maintaining and building relationships with all departments and identifying areas for improvement
  • Undertaking other general administrative duties as required

Candidates should possess the following:

  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word and MS Office suite
  • Excellent attention to detail is essential
  • Team player with an ability to quickly develop relationships
  • Commercial awareness
  • Quick thinker with problem solving skills
  • Good time management skills
