A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Property Executive to join a well-established, employer of choice based in Co. Clare. This  is a permanent, full-time role within a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.  
 
Reporting to the Head of Business Development and Leasing, the new Property Executive will be responsible for managing, maintaining and leasing properties, negotiating, and renewing leases, developing client relations, and be actively involved in the introduction of new tenants.
 
Areas of Responsibility:
 
  • Be part of a team to execute leasing strategies for clients.
  • Manage the entire process from inspection, due diligence and negotiation of various property transactions and drive operational excellence.
  • Be confident in preparing and making presentations to existing and potential clients.
  • Issuing lease and licence agreements.
  • Negotiation of lease renewals and rent reviews.
  • Identification of expansion opportunities for existing clients.
  • Engaging with local authorities on property rates matters.
  • Preparation and submission of lease proposal documents and reports to management as required.
  • Supporting finance in budget preparation, service charge allocations and credit control matters.
  • Assisting in marketing properties for lease.
  • Develop client relations with tenants, and other relevant stakeholders such as industry organisations.
  • Providing support to team members as required.
  • Ensure compliance with all Company procedures.
  • Initiate, support and assist in business development and advocacy initiatives.
  • National and International travel may be required to attend various networking and conference events.
 
 
Required Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
 
  • Minimum 3+ years’ experience in a similar role.
  • A Business degree or Property degree.
  • Chartered Surveyor (SCSI/RICS) a distinct advantage.
  • A proven strong commercial mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills with exceptional written and verbal skills.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Be organised, innovative and consistently generate results.
  • Works well independently and as part of the property team.
  • Excellent attention to detail when drafting documents.
  • Be proactive, flexible with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of Yardi an advantage.
  • Clean full driving licence with own car.
