eFlexes are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor for a permanent position with a client based in County Limerick.

Our client is an innovative, nationwide facility management business, with offices across Ireland.

This is a great opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor who is highly motivated, with excellent people skills, and who enjoys working as part of a friendly and supportive team within a dynamic and innovative environment.

The role entails:

• Cost Control and cost benefit analysis
• Risk analysis evaluations
• Drawing up contracts with Vendors
• Negotiating the cost of projects
• 70% Office / 30% Travel (Cork, Limerick, Dublin)
• Site visits based on works
• Working on a range of jobs / works with a value from €10k – €500k

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying or equivalent professional qualification
• A minimum of 1-2 years previous experience
• Strong negotiating skills
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Reporting Skills
• IT Skills, i.e., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, etc.
• Full, clean drivers’ licence
