We currently have an excellent new opportunity for Revenue Operations Analyst with multinational client based in Shannon, Co. Clare. Position will be offered on initial 12-month contract with opportunity to extend.

GENERAL SUMMARY:

- Understanding of the order to cash process including supporting system and process.
- Develop effective relationships with internal customers and cross functional internal departments to manage information and the    timely resolution of issues.
- Support the drive of order processing efficiencies to achieve Best in Class industry standards.
- Demonstrates fundamentals of professional behaviour including accountability and an appropriate sense of urgency.


PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

• Reviews all orders and customer documentation to insure they are in accordance with guidelines for revenue recognition and ensure booking of order within SLA.
• Develops action plan for orders not booked and works with sales organization and/or counterparts to resolve issues.
• Reviews Global team work instructions for completeness and accuracy to insure the orders are processed, manufactured, and shipped accordingly. Such as model # and/or part, validating pricing and customer information
• Reports to management weekly on backlog, pending deals, and work with management to resolve relationships.
• Works with Sale teams/Manufacturing to schedule and ship orders in line with customer requirements and committed lead times.
• Managing customer queries, escalations and delivers solutions.
• Leverage and maintain cross training to avoid any single point of failure

MINIMUM EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

Bachelors degree with 1-3 years of professional work experience, preferably in a high tech manufacturing environment.

SKILLS:

Ability to work independently.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Knowledge of job associated database/software/documentation.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Communication skills.
Organizational skills.
