eFlexes are currently recruiting a Supply Chain Coordinator, on behalf of a leading Aviation company based in Shannon, Co. Clare. The Supply Chain Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Department in their day-to-day activities by managing materials through the Shannon facility. This includes maintaining accurate stock level records, receiving stock into the relevant facility, holding stock, replenishing stock and distributing stock throughout the facility as required.

 

Responsibilities and Deliverables

  • Receiving all deliveries and checking goods received.
  • Picks kits as required for all production department on a routine scheduled basis and highlights any stock shortages and issues to the relevant personnel.
  • Issue material against job costs on a daily basis to be completed by 3pm every evening
  • Participates in physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Monthly Counts, to be completed by the 30th of each month this to include all necessary changes that need to be made.
  • Completed Job costs to be issued no later than 24hrs after aircraft departure.
  • Effectively manages stock replenishment as required.
  • Responds in timely manner to warehouse queries and requests.
  • Maintain Daily Temp and humidity Logs.
  • Place purchase orders to ensure to meet daily/weekly and monthly requirements.
  • Always ensure adherence to health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Maintain monthly Calibration logs.
  • Shipping of various livery kits on a daily basis through
  • Keeping stock control systems up to date and ensuring inventory accuracy.
  • Waste management collections and logging of documentation.
  • Act as support within the department for all other company locations.
  • Develop and maintain good business relationships with all Suppliers.
  • Any other reasonable tasks as required

Competencies

  • Experience in maintaining records of incoming and outgoing materials and stock control.
  • Excellent focus on attention to detail.
  • Motivated self-starter.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently without direct supervision
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines, prioritize and multi-task under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to work well as part of a team are essential.
  • Excellent computer skills including Knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
  • Previous experience of Opera system would be an advantage.

Requirements

  • Forklift License.
  • Driver License
  • Some Airfreight experience desired but training can be provided.
