Due to the continued growth of our clients business we are currently recruiting for a Cad Engineer to support the Sales and Engineering departments so that product is produced efficiently and compliant within the customers requirements.
Roles and Responsibilities include
Designing project frameworks
Producing detailed construction and design plans for engineers from other disciplines to follow
Collaborating with industrial and packaging engineers to develop, manufacture and market products
Making time and expense estimates on a project basis
Creating two and three-dimensional technical drawings
Designing floor plans, renderings and elevations using computer software
Choosing which materials to use for a product
Overseeing assistant drafters and others involved in a design project
Developing procedures and standards for a design team
Finding technical solutions to meet a client's goals
Training and offering support and guidance to their team
