This role entails overseeing diverse maintenance teams, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and operational efficiency. You'll manage budgets, implement cost-saving measures, and prioritize safety. Strong technical proficiency is essential, along with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across departments. Additionally, you'll lead and develop staff, refining key performance indicators and reporting mechanisms. Tendering for projects, monitor and review contractors’ performance, tracking costs, trends and incidents as required.
As Engineering Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in internal investigations and contribute to capital investment programs. Ensuring compliance with relevant standards and security policies is integral to this position.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum of 7+ years’ experience in a similar role.
Excellent working knowledge and understanding of facilities systems; BMS Systems, HVAC Systems, Electrical and Mechanical plant services and installations, Emergency Systems.
Excellent working knowledge of PV and renewable energy systems.
Excellent organisational skills, strong management and leadership skills.
Strong project management skills.
High level of verbal, written and presentation skills, with strong interpersonal skills.
