eFlexes have a new opportunity available for a highly motivated and experienced Process Engineer to join a global leading aviation company at their state of the art facility in Shannon, Co. Clare.
 
If you are a Process Engineer with excellent technical and analytical skills, and the ability to successfully implement change and drive long-term innovation and cost-saving improvements, this is the perfect role for you!
 
Reporting to the Process Engineering Leader, the new Process Engineer will be responsible for delivering robust stable processes to support reliable production, and lead process improvement activity to increase flexibility and reduce costs.

Applicants will require the following skills & qualifications:
  • Engineering Degree, preferably in Mechanical or Materials
  • Ability to understand complex processes involving multiple disciplines 
  • Strong analytical / problem solving skills
  • Disciplined structure approach to defining / qualifying process stability
  • Competent communication & report writing skills
  • Knowledge of material science relating to materials and processes would be desirable
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, using project management and influence skills to deliver business results
  • Capable of managing projects & change management
  • Ability to work quickly and achieve results
  • Willing to make decisions and take responsibility for delivery of requirements
