Due to continued growth, our client in the IT Services industry is seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join their team based in Shannon. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic organisation and gain invaluable administrative experience.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Office administration activities such as sending emails, organising meetings, scheduling & sending reminders
  • Preparing reports and communications
  • Working closely with internal departments to resolve client concerns
  • Coordinating facilities services, such as supplies, lunches and seasonal activities
  • Managing appointments and using effective time-management skills to prioritise sensitive matters
  • Coordinating travel arrangements for members of staff, including travel within the EU and from the US to Ireland
  • Attending meetings and taking meeting minutes
  • Other administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience working in an office environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel and Outlook
