We are currently recruiting for an experienced Collections Administrator for clients based in Portlaoise. This position will be offered on a full-time permanent contract. 

•To provide administrative support to the team such as typing of correspondence, data entry, presentations, and spreadsheet information as required and other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying and scanning
•Managing both manual and electronic filing systems 
•Communication with subcontractors, customers and company departments on service delivery, reports, billing and performance.                                                                                                                    
•Establishing strong relationships with suppliers, customers,to ensure business success. 
•Encouraging and supporting collaboration across departments and takes actions that are best for the individual. 

Skills/ Experience 
•2 year experience working in an office environment 
•Excellent I.T skills 
•Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy
•An ability to prioritise own workload
•Be able to work in a busy environment to tight deadlines
