Eflexes Staffing and Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Receptionist/Administrator at our customer premises which is based in Clonakilty Co.Cork. This is a Full Time Position.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
•	Based on site Mon-Fri – 39 hours per week
•	Greeting people on arrival in reception and answering the telephone in a courteous and efficient manner
•	Carrying our administration tasks on a daily basis
•	Receive orders from Customers and input data into Computer system
•	Work closely with planning/operations team to achieve best production and shipping date
•	Issue flyers and E-mails concerning any promotional offers and new available products
•	Working as a team player in a fast pace office environment
•	Entering information into computer system
•      Updating company Social Media with new content weekly
•	Answer any Queries from clients and deal with any issues through Customer Service Team 
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
•	Minimum 2 years’ experience in Receptionist/Administration/Customer Service Role
•	Experience in managing and updating social media – e.g.  Facebook, Twitter etc……..
•	Strong experience in office administration
•	Highly proficient in Microsoft, Excel, Word, powerpoint and Outlook
•	Experience dealing with Customers on telephone and e mail
•	Excellent verbal and written communication skills required in English
•	Highly motivated and organised individual 
•	Strong sense of ownership and accountability
•	Able to work on own initiative and work as part of a team – Multitasking
•	Honest and Reliable individual
