We have an immediate opportunity for Reception/General Administrator with long established Shannon based client. Position will be offered on initial 6 month contract with significant opportunity to extend for the right candidate:
• The successful candidate will manage a busy Reception, including visiting customer and suppliers.
• Provide general Administration support to the team.
• Have excellent IT Skills, including Microsoft suite of products
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Self motivated with the ability to effectively prioritise workload in line with business needs.
• Ability to work effectively as part of team.
• Fluent English both written and spoken
Working hours: Monday-Friday 9.30 am to 5.30 pm (1 hr lunch)
