Our Client, based in Ennis, Co. Clare, has two permanent positions available for Reconciliation and Credit Control Administrators.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, the Reconciliation and Credit Control Administrator is ultimately responsible for reconciling and supporting the management of incoming premiums for both groups and direct policy holders.

These are great positions with a friendly and supportive team, working 9am – 5pm Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Reconcile incoming group payments
  • Liaise with group contacts and individual policy holders to rectify any discrepancies
  • Update policy holder and group details
  • Maintain and update priority checklists
  • Generate and maintain relevant reports
  • Answer incoming calls and email queries within the required SLA
  • Maintain and promote good working relationships with group contacts
  • Run premium checks for claims that fall within the ‘check’ criteria
  • Amend and update bank details for policy holders
  • Release Proviso policies
  • Undertake other duties as required

Essential Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Excel and all MS packages
  • Team player with an ability to build internal and external relationships
  • Quick thinker with problem solving skills
  • Good time management skills
