We currently have a superb new opportunity for Repair Administrator with long established Ennis, Co. Clare based client. Position will be offered as full time permanent position with very attractive salary on offer for the right candidate.
Overview
The Repairs Administrator will play a key role in linking the Repairs team with the Service team, ensuring a high standard of service to our clients
Job Specification
• Monitor and maintain repairs logged on database, ensuring all data is accurate and up to date
• Track job progress, updating statuses and clients
• Provide general administrative support to the Repairs team, including photocopying, scanning, managing correspondence, and liaising with engineers
• Assist the Repairs Supervisor with day-to-day operations to ensure workloads are complete, supplier issues are resolved, and clients are updated
• Liaise with scheduling personnel to ensure repairs are allocated and scheduled efficiently
• Assist the Purchasing Coordinator with system updates, allocation of parts and dispatch
• Review engineers reports and process invoices
• Assist with answering phone calls and monitoring the departmental mailbox to ensure prompt response times

• Strong organisational and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise workloads in a face-paced environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Powerpoint and Word
• Ability to work under pressure and meet short deadlines
• Flexible team player with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
Experience
• Proven track record of working within a busy office environment, demonstrating the ability to
manage multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
