eFlexes Recruitment are currently working with a well-established organisation located in Ennis, Co Clare to recruit a Repairs Coordinator to support their Repairs & Service function.
This is a full-time, office-based role, ideal for an administrator who enjoys coordination, structure, and working closely with operational and field-based teams.
The Role
The Repairs Coordinator will play a key role in supporting day-to-day repairs and service operations. You will take ownership of administrative processes, track ongoing works, liaise with engineers, and ensure jobs progress efficiently from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage repair quotations and job documentation
- Monitor and update the progress of ongoing repair works across internal systems
- Support scheduling and coordination of repair activities
- Act as a key point of contact for field-based engineers
- Assist with parts coordination, ordering, and dispatch
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and operational documentation
- Provide ongoing administrative support to the operations and repairs tea
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administrative or operations support role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident communicator, comfortable working with both office-based and field teams
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Desirable (but not essential)
- Experience in engineering, logistics, construction, or service-based environments
- Exposure to scheduling, coordination, or operational workflows
- Experience supporting engineers or field-based teams
