eFlexes on behalf of a world leading engine leasing aviation company located in Shannon, Co Clare are recruiting a Technical Operations Coordinator to join their team.

As a Technical Operations Coordinator, your main role will be to support the technical operations team in managing various aspects of aircraft engine utilisation, logistics, and invoicing within the technical department. You'll collaborate closely with the Technical Team and other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update and communicate with customers regarding monthly utilisation reports.
  • Coordinate the shipment of assets with logistics partners.
  • Regularly communicate with storage providers to monitor capacity and availability.
  • Assist the sales team in managing assets both on and off lease.
  • Maintain accurate records and track technical-related invoices.
  • Provide clients access to technical records and asset information upon request.
  • Aid in the management of engine technical records.
  • Support the technical operations team in maintaining technical records.
  • Update internal systems and share information with the team as required.
  • Prepare various monthly reports related to company assets and management.
  • Perform additional administrative tasks as assigned by Management.

 

Skills & Experience: Essential:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative role, preferably in aviation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Desired:

  • Familiarity/experience with MS Teams, Power BI, and reporting databases.
  • Background in logistics.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to effectively manage documents, both physical and electronic, within tight deadlines.
  • Capability to analyse and present information in informative reports and visual formats.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
