eFlexes is currently recruiting an HR Generalist to join a globally leading aviation client in Shannon, Co. Clare. This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent benefits and a competitive salary.



  • Handle daily employee requests and queries
  • Manage recruitment and selection processes
  • Oversee employee benefits administration, including:
    1. Pensions
    2. Medical insurance
    3. Provision and ordering of safety wear
  • Prepare monthly HR reports for various departments
  • Support the development of onboarding processes, including the ZUP Process
  • Introduce and integrate new staff members
    1. Set up new employees in systems before their start date
    2. Prepare for their arrival on-site
  • Implement and update company policies and the company handbook
  • Manage personnel files and training records
  • Oversee the onboarding and relocation of international employees, including visa arrangements
  • Provide advice and support to the management team
  • Record and manage working hours, including absence management
  • Support employee appraisals
  • Prepare payroll in conjunction with the finance department
  • Develop and manage public relations
  • Plan and manage events
  • Maintain the company intranet website
  • Serve as the HR representative on the company communications team
  • Perform ad hoc human resources duties and projects as required


Person Specification:

  • Degree in a business-related subject, preferably in a human resources discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a human resources role
  • Ideally CIPD qualified
  • Excellent PC skills, including:
    1. Microsoft Word
    2. Excel
    3. PowerPoint
    4. Outlook
  • Experience with maintaining time and attendance systems is a distinct advantage
  • Knowledge of current Irish employment legislation
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think outside the box
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Friendly and approachable demeanour
  • Recognition of the importance of confidentiality
  • Flexible attitude with the ability to multitask
