A HR Solutions Partner position has just opened with a Shannon based Client, a global leading multinational. 

If you are an ambitious, experienced, HR Professional who enjoys exploring current processes and initiating change, then this is the position for you!

Working on an initial 12-month contract, the HR Solutions Partner will join the Human Capital & Technology Team where you will provide HR support to Leaders, Managers and Employees on all employee lifecycle matters. You will have responsibility for maintaining and improving the HR processes within Ireland, ensuring to maximise core HR Business tools (Workday & Neocase). You will also partner effectively with the extended HCT teams of Service Centre and Payroll as well as broader HR family (Business HR & COEs).

As a HR Solutions Partner, you will be responsible for:

  • Be first point of contact for employees and managers who provides leadership, coaching and support for individual employee needs and HR processes.
  • Developing elaborated proposals for changing processes and procedures and assessing the impact on directly related processes/functions.
  • Communicating the broader picture to the team. Use of influencing skills to deliver on assigned goals.
  • Service unit providing services to the function or directly to the business.
  • Handling department work guided by procedures. Exceptional cases are resolved by choosing the right procedure

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent.
  • Have proven experience in Employee Human Resource Management.
  • Excellent relationship building skills
  • Communication & Influencing Skills
