Our Shannon based client have a wonderful opportunity for a Talent Acquisition Partner.  The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for developing and implementing talent acquisition strategies and solutions for our global locations. Operationally, the role will provide support to hiring managers based in the EU to fulfil their hiring needs. Additionally, the Talent Acquisition Partner will take the lead in recruiting graduates for the company graduate program.

The Talent Acquisition Partner will contribute to building an exceptional employer brand. You will gain a deep understanding of our business and employment terms at various locations.

 

By leveraging effective methods, you will attract, screen, and select candidates for interviews, ensuring a seamless and positive applicant experience. Your role will involve completing pre-employment checks, establishing strong relationships with external partners, and issuing offers and contracts.

 

Additionally, you will utilize technology and champion innovative recruitment tools to source and select top talent. As a trusted talent partner, you will provide recruitment support, evaluate candidate skills, and coordinate recruitment events and programs.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Third level qualification in Recruitment, Human Resources or related discipline.

  • CIPD accreditation.

  • Minimum of 5 years proven recruitment experience.

  • Fluent English language skills are required, additional languages would be advantageous e.g., Spanish, Portuguese.

  • Good negotiation skills.

  • Self-starter, positive attitude and motivated by the role.

  • Flexible and willingness to adapt with change and business requirements.

  • Drives and supports change and continuous improvement.

  • Working knowledge of applicable laws.

  • Excellent working knowledge of HRIS, ATS, and MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Advanced MS Excel skills essential.

  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
