We have an excellent opportunity with rapidly growing Supply Chain Company based in Clare. This role requires a driven and energetic individual with a passion for sales who want to work in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Key Responsibilities:
• The successful candidate will be responsible for Lead generating, appointment sales and providing a superior level of customer service, maintaining excellent customer relationships. Meeting daily and weekly sales targets
• Profiling new accounts and overcome prospect objections to generate quality opportunities
• Collaborating with Marketing and Sales on lead quality and conversion
• As this is the first point of contact with the customers, conduct business dealings in a professional and proactive manner
• Managing inbound and outbound sales over the phone
• Prospect and contact potential customers for a variety of services
• Set qualified appointments for outside sales personnel
• Perform data entry using our CRM program
• Meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets
• Reviewing account activity and following up on existing and potential customers
• Dealing with potential cancellations and overcoming objections
• Develop, implement, and follow through with sales strategies to reach personal and team goal

Required Skills/Experience:

• You have experience working in a sales and customer service environment
• You are an excellent communicator and have the ability to build rapport and be highly engaging with customers
• You have the ability to understand your customers’ needs and empathize with them
• You thrive on working in a collaborative team environment, you have a positive attitude and the ability to contribute to team goals and share information
• You have a proven ability to prioritize, multi-task and manage your own workload according to changing priorities
