eFlexes Staffing and Recruitment Solutions are currently recruiting for a skilled IT Systems Support Executive for our Limerick City based client. This is a contract role with a well established company based in the city.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for managing the technological requirements of a team of 100 sales representatives.
Duties and Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;
• Overall responsibility for sales management application tool, which combines the company’s ERP (SAP) with CRM
• UAT and upgrades of iOS applications
• Basic understanding of HTML code
• Hardware maintenance: iPads, android devices, laptops and PCs
• Management of bespoke company developed route-planning application to ensure smooth set up, adherence and reporting in place
• Management of Telematics GPS fleet management system solution
• Responsibility for MDM
• Product management solution
Requirements:
• The right person must have a flair for all things IT related!
• Demonstrable IT Skills and Good Discipline
• The ability to work both independently and with colleagues, as and
when required
• Excellent communication skills
• Highly competent with a high level of attention to detail
• An ability to work under tight deadlines
