We have an exciting new opportunity for Quality & EHS Administrator with one of our long established multinational clients based in Shannon, Co. Clare.   Position will be offered on an initial 18 month contract with significant opportunity to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Provide legislative\administrative support to Quality & EHS team in regards to authorisations, and documentation control.
• Coordinate \ Manage all staff technical records – TOA, Licences, applications.
• Control archiving of EASA \ Authority \ EHS legislative documentation.
• Control all staff records utilising SAP.
• Coordinate issuance of Quality & EHS technical communication documentation – Tech notes etc.
• Monitor currency of staff. Read \ Sign system to ensure compliance with procedures \ customer requirements.
• Coordinate \ Schedule authorisations boards.
• Coordinate \ Schedule experience work-pack reviews.
• Support maintenance of customer required training records.
• Create Department presentations to support Department briefings \ Tool box talks etc.
• Control scheduled maintenance \ updating of legislative documentation – CCL, Pro –X.
• Prepare trend analysis documentation to support organisation defined KPI assessments.
• Support Company training record administration.
• Performing administrative duties for Quality & EHS department including, T&A, business travel requirements, creating requisitions for assigned cost centre, stationery management, staff authorisations.
• Day to day administrative running of Quality & EHS department whilst liaising with other departments.
• Participate in the Core Admin team.
• Others duties as assigned by Manager.

Experience/Qualification Requirements:

• Three years’ relevant administration experience in a fast paced environment.
• A third level qualification in a relevant field would be an advantage.
• Understanding/experience working in similar role in Doc Control type environment.
• Knowledge and experience in SAP and MS Office (in particular Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Be methodical, results focused and have excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to use initiative and to prioritise with excellent time management skills.
