Our Client, a leading Digital Marketing Agency based in Co. Clare, has an exciting new position for a CRM Specialist to join their team on a full-time basis.

The new CRM Specialist will play a key role within the company, ensuring that all employees are fully trained and supported in navigating a large digital transformation project.

Reporting to the Snr Project Manager, the CRM Specialist will join a talented and creative team working in a supportive and friendly environment.

Responsibilities include the following:

  • Serve as the Monday.com Specialist providing support and training across the organisation
  • Ensure that all users reach a high level of competency and confidence with the system
  • Provide ongoing support to users
  • Ensure the project management system (Monday.com) provides an effective and efficient funnel to track, service and monitor project participant activity and progress
  • Compiling and populating Performance reports and distributing to the Senior Team.
  • Manage quality and consistency of data, train users, generate reports and input data to support the project
  • Create reports for colleagues to help them make more effective decisions.
  • Maintaining excellent communication with all Stakeholders
  • Update and maintain stakeholder records within the Monday.com system
  • Communicate with project team on a regular basis to ensure clean data for use across all areas of the organization
  • Assist with administrative duties related to research & business intelligence
  • Demonstrate a complete commitment to the goals and mission of the project

 

Experience Required

  • Min of 1-2 year’s knowledge and experience in Monday.com is essential
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or similar field
  • Proven experience successfully managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and ability to quickly learn industry related windows software
  • Demonstrated ability to convey a sense of urgency, openness to new ideas, inclusion & diversity, integrity, customer focus, and respect
  • Strong Communication (verbal & written) and Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to work effectively within a team environment
