Title: Ergonomic/Workstation Assessor (Contract/Part-Time)

Our client is looking for an experienced Ergonomic/Workstation Assessor to help support related projects in the Munster and Mid-West regions. The role will be flexible and part-time in nature with work assigned as contracts are awarded. It will involve a mix of on-site assessments and off-site report writing.

Role:
Experienced Healthcare professional with Ergonomic/Workstation Assessment experience and qualifications
Perform workstation assessments in order to identify and evaluate the potential safety and health  risks arising for employees, to their physical and/or mental wellbeing
Develop and document a detailed prioritised outcome report  with recommendations on appropriate measures to remedy and control risks identified during assessments
Ensure client records and related material are stored in a confidential and secure manner
Manage issues as they arise through the process (booking, delivery and closure with clients)
Represent the company in a positive and professional manner at all times
Develop and deliver related healthcare courses such as DSE/VDU Assessor

Requirements:
Must have a recognised, relevant healthcare professional qualification e.g. ideally Chartered Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist, Occupational Health Nurse qualifications
Demonstrate a track record in completing Ergo/Workstation assessments across a variety of work settings and documenting follow up with reports with clear recommendations and action plans 
Very strong verbal and written communication skills, having the confidence and ability to act as an advocate at all levels of an organisation
Clear commitment to task completion and work scheduling within agreed timelines and deadlines
Advanced working knowledge of relevant legislation and research in the areas of ergonomics and workstation assessments
Must have own professional indemnity insurance cover
