Eflexes Nursing Recruitment are delighted to announce that we are currently working with a Large Hospital in South Dublin in the recruitment of a Full Time registered Nurse for their Transitional Care Unit. This unit cares for people on a short term basis following surgery, major illnesses and accidents.
As a Registered Nurse you will work with a diverse range of patients and be able to grow an learn new skillsets. If you are an ambitious nurse who wants to progress and learn then this is the ideal role for you. The ages profile of the patients is 50 years + so an experience in elderly care is a distinct advantage.
Requirements
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland.
2-3 years post registration experience in Care of the Elderly is desirable.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
This role has Excellent salary and career progression opportunities.
Duties
Admitting and discharging patients to and from the unit.
Working within the multidiscplinary team to ensure a positive patient experience.
Ensuring practice is within HIQA guidelines.
